The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is seeking assistance from the public in locating Julius Ammarito, 21, in connection with charges of receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Julius is believed to be involved in other vehicle thefts and vehicle break-ins in Lancaster City, and the surrounding areas. Julius has multiple active warrants out for his arrest.
