POLICE SEEK IDENTITY OF PERSON OF INTEREST (POI) IN PLANTING OF IMPROVISED INCENDIARY DEVICES LANCASTER CITY HALL
On Saturday May 30, 2020 a City of Lancaster maintenance employee located (2) improvised incendiary devices in the immediate area of City Hall, 120 N. Duke St. Once notified of the discovery Detectives from Lancaster Bureau of Police launched an investiagtion. The IIDs were found to contain gasoline and materials that were supposed to ignite the contents.
Detectives located several video surviellance locations in the area. Images of a person of interest (POI) were discovered. Detectives are asking for assistance from the public in identifying this POI. The POI is depicted as an B/M, age unknown, last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with the “Phat Farm” logo on the chest, camoflage shorts, light colored sneakers, a dark colored ball cap and dark face mask. The suspect was on foot in all surveillance images.
