CASE UPDATE: Justin Davis was taken into custody by the Lancaster Bureau of Police on 7/5/2015. We thank all of you that submitted information. Another step forward in keeping our city safe.

The Lancaster City Police Department has an active arrest warrant for Justin Lamar Davis aka Frog. On May 6, 2015 Davis fired a multiple shots from handgun into a vehicle occupied by four adults and two children. This occurred near the intersection of E. Strawberry St. and Locust St.  A two year old child was struck by a bullet fired by Davis. 

Davis is wanted for seven counts of Criminal Attempt Homicide and numerous other charges. Davis had been living in Lancaster but has ties to Mississippi. Davis was in possession of a black semi-automatic handgun at the time of the shooting. That gun has not been recovered.
