 A Willow Street man was arrested on felony drug charges and other related charges following a traffic stop on Friday August 03, 2018 in West Lampeter Township.

          Officer Shubrooks, of the West Lampeter Township Police Department, stopped a vehicle driven by Dakota P. Hess, 19, of Willow Street, PA at 12:37 a.m. for a minor traffic violation.

          During the course of the investigation, Officer Shubrooks located 5.4lbs of dry leaf marijuana, 10 grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms, a digital scale, packaging materials, numerous drug paraphernalia items, $2,518.00 in U.S. cash, and 2 guns.

          Hess was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to distribute marijuana (F), possession of Psilocybin mushrooms (M), possession of drug paraphernalia (M), and a traffic control signal violation (s).

          Hess was committed to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
