Extraordinary Give for the Lancaster County Children's Alliance
Only a few more days until the Extraordinary Give! The Lancaster County Children’s Alliance is asking all of our Multidisciplinary Team Members to help support the center by taking TWO MINUTES out of your day…that is it…TWO MINUTES J
Things You Can Do In Two Minutes:
- A headstand, handstand, round off, 5 cartwheels, 15 pushups, 25 sit-ups and if you’re really ambitious, bow-pulling pose
- Walk about 546 feet at normal walking pace
- Make one delicious Hot Pocket (but not two)
- Brush and floss your teeth
- Play an entire race through Stadium in the latest Mario Kart
- Listen to "Her Majesty" by the Beatles four times
You could help LCCA as part of the Extraordinary Give. You all have heard by now that we are currently renovating a NEW beautiful HUGE space to better serve our MDT and the children of Lancaster County. Money raised during the Extraordinary Give will help our building project.
SO HOW CAN YOU HELP??
And maybe win a little something tasty for yourself….
We are holding a little friendly competition within our MDT! On our Extraordinary Give page (https://www.extragive.org/organizations/lancaster-county-children-s-alliance) , click on the FUNDRAISE button and create a fundraising page for yourself or your team. On FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22 from 12:00 am until 11:59 pm, SHARE YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE on social media, with your friends, family, coworkers, organizations, and people you graduated from high school with 20 years ago that you creepily keep tabs on through Facebook but don’t speak to.
The individual or team fundraising page created by an MDT member with the HIGHEST funds raised for LCCA will be provided with a delicious treat delivered by LCCA staff to your workplace after the Extraordinary Give.
If you spent your two minutes making a Hot Pocket instead of an Extraordinary Give fundraising page for LCCA, you can still spare 15 seconds to LIKE our Facebook Page and SHARE one of our posts on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22!
If you have more than two minutes that day, come visit us in Penn Square and help us spread awareness about who we are and the amazing work that we all do in our community as a multidisciplinary team.
As always, thank you for all of the hard work you do to make the lives of children in our community better, safer, and healthier.
