The West Lampeter Township Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the attached individual. On August 28, 2016, this individual was observed removing merchandise from the K Mart located at 2600 Willow Street Pike. The individual then fled the area in a small blue SUV, believed to be similar to a Toyota Rav 4. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Murray at 717-464-2421.
