On Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 1851 hrs; Officer Christopher Pfeiffer responded to the 400 blk of Huntington Drive in Mountville for an “Animal Attack” investigation. A 39 year old victim reported to Ofc. Pfeiffer that he was walking his dog on a walking path in this area when 3 large dogs exited a yard of a nearby residence and tried to attack his dog. The victim needed to “pick up” his dog to keep it from being attacked by one of the three dogs. As a result of his investigation, Ofc. Pfeiffer filed charges against Thomas C. Neiss, Jr (55) of Mountville for “Confinement and Control of Dogs”, a summary violation.
Neiss is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
