Slippery road conditions played into the causation of two crashes on Monday, January 8, 2018. 

The first crash occurred on Route 222, north, near the Farmersville Road overpass at 12"50 P.M.  A vehicle operated by Ndahayo Nzabarinda, age 22, of Akron, PA, was traveling north on Route 222 when the vehicle slid off the road and into an embankment.  There were no injuries.

The second crass occurred in the first block of East Main Street at 3:30 P.M.  Luis Pagan, age 18, of Leola, PA, was operating a vehicle west on East Main Street when he lost control of the vehicle and struck two parked vehicles owned where were both owned by Linda and Jose Negron, of East Main Street, Brownstown.  There were no injuries.  Pagan's vehicle along with one of Negron's vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
