Susquehanna Regional Police have charged Damon Skrimcovsky with Burglary, Rape, Indecent Assault, Sexual Assault, Stalking and other related charges after a two month investigation involving the defendant and the victim. The defendant allegedly broke into his estranged wife's home and sexual assaulted her in the evening hours on November 13, 2022. The defendant allegedly was standing over the victim while she was asleep and was holding her cell phone so she could not call 911. The defendant was arrested at the Lancaster County Courthouse and arraigned on the charges above. Skrimcovsky is currently in Lancaster County Prison on $200,000 cash bail. The defendant is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
