John W. Herr III decided to go back to prison when he stole a Credit Card and used the Card to purchase a couple hundred dollars worth of items. He was also found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. He did all of this while violating a current Protection From Abuse order where he was named the defendant. Mr. Herr III was apprehended, charged accordingly, and is resting in Lancaster County Prison on $12,000 bail.
