On January 15, 2023 at approximately 12:52 a.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to 1205 Carmany Rd, East Donegal Township, for a report of a domestic dispute. Michael BANWELL did commit the act of simple asault and resisting arrest and harassment. BANWELL was arrested and transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
