Chief -  John Michener - Chief Michener was raised in Conestoga Township, attended Conestoga Elementary School, graduated from Penn Manor High school in 1996, attended York College of PA and graduated from the Delaware County Community College Police Academy in December of 2000. He was hired by the Conestoga Township Police Department in January of 2001. Chief Michener was honored as “ SRPD Officer of the Year” in  2003  2004 and 2016 as well as Lancaster County Officer of the year in 2014. He was promoted to the rank of Corporal in 2007, assigned acting Police Chief in August of 2016 and officially promoted to Chief of Police in June of 2017. Chief Michener is a certified Accident Reconstructionist and is currently assigned to the Lancaster County Crash Investigation Team as well as the County Crisis Intervention Team and the South Central Task Force Law Enforcement Strike Team. Chief Michener was also employed part-time as a Police Officer for the Strasburg Borough Police Department where he was a Patrolman from 2010 through 2017. Chief Michener has been a member of the Conestoga Volunteer Fire Company since 1994 holding various ranks and titles including being a former President and Captain of the organization. Chief Michener previously volunteered with the Conestoga Ambulance Association as an EMT. Chief Michener served with the Conestoga Township Emergency Management Agency for 20 years the majority of which as Emergency Management Coordinator.  Chief Michener is currently appointed as the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for Pequea Township.  He has attained the highest certification for a municipal Emergency Management official with a professional certification through PEMA. Chief Michener lives in the area with his wife and four children.

Sergeant/Detective Rob Burger - Sgt. Burger is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. He graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg High School in 1994. Following high school he played 7 years of professional baseball with the Philadelphia Phillies and Colorado Rockies organizations.  In November 2002 he graduated from the Harrisburg Area Community College Police Academy. He was hired by the Southern Regional Police Department in January of 2003. Sgt. Burger was honored as ‘’Officer of the Year ‘’ in 2005, 2006 and 2012. He was promoted to the rank of Cpl. in the 2007 and promoted to Sgt. / Detective in June of 2017. Primary responsibilities aside from normal patrol duties include investigations of major crime and administrative tasks such as checking and approving reports, citations, and charges which are submitted by other officers on a daily basis. He is also tasked with managing the yearly work schedule as well as assigning and scheduling officers under his direct supervision for training. Sgt. Burger is an approved Breath Test operator & supervisor on the SRPD RBT IV and is also trained in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. He is also a member of the South Central Pennsylvania Task Force Law Enforcement Strike Team and the Northeast Chapter of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators. Sgt. Burger is also a Project Lifesaver Electronic Search Specialist and Instructor.

Officer Dianne Carter: Officer Carter  began her career with the Southern Regional Police Department in 2007. Officer Carter has  a Bachelors Degree from Elizabethtown College in Psychology and graduated from the Harrisburg Area Community College Police Academy. Officer Carter previously volunteered at a local ambulance service as an EMT. Officer Carter was the K9 handler for the department prior to Canine Train's retirement in July of 2017

Officer Shawn Powell - Officer Powell is a graduate of Middletown Area High School in 2003. He then played in a Jr. B Hockey program in Lancaster for the Central Penn Panthers until 2006. In 2006 he worked for Lancaster County Parks as a Certified Arborist and member of the trails crew. In 2012 he left the County Park and attended the 101st Police academy at Harrisburg Area Community College where he received an award for “Most Inspirational “at graduation, and graduated in May 2012. Ofc. Powell was hired on with SRPD in December of 2012.  He was recognized as a Lancaster County Top Gun for his efforts in DUI enforcement in 2015 and 2016. He was also recognized as Officer of The Year in 2015. Ofc. Powell is a certified NRA firearms instructor and the firearms instructor for the SRPD. He is also a certified Taser instructor and the instructor for SRPD. He is trained in Standard Field Sobriety Testing and also in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement. Ofc. Powell is an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, hiking, camping as well as all types of sporting events. 

Officer Megan Huyett - Officer Huyett graduated from Solanco High School in 2008. She was previously employed by Lancaster General Hospital working as an ultrasound technician’s assistant. She graduated in November of 2015 from the 108th Full time Police Academy at Harrisburg Area Community College. In February of 2016, she was hired part time by the Oxford Borough Police Department. In October of 2016, she was hired full time by the Southern Regional Police Department. In her time off, Officer Huyett enjoys walking her dogs, beekeeping and spending time with family.

Officer Charles Grimasuckas - Officer Grimasuckas was born in the great city of Philadelphia and hails from Bucks County where he attended school at Bishop Egan High School.  He joined the United States Army after high school and served as a Military Police Officer until March 25, 2000.  Ofc Grimasuckas was decorated with Army Commendation Medals with Oak LeaF Cluster, Army Achievement Medals with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, The Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Award, Army Service Award, Overseas Award, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, and the Air Assault Badge.  While serving, Ofc Grimasuckas participated in many overseas deployments as a force protector for the United States Army.  After completing almost 10 years of service to our Country, he returned back to Pennsylvania where he was became an Officer for the Hulmeville Police Department where he attained the rank of Sergeant.  Ofc Grimasuckas then attained a position as a Police Officer for the Aberdeen Proving Grounds Police Department and earned the title of Cadet Captain while in the academy and received the Leadership Award,  While serving with the APG Police Department he attained the position of Lead Officer, supervising a 10-14 person shift.  Ofc Grimasuckas also worked at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds Police Academy as an Instructor for the U.S. Government’s CALEA certified Police Academy and was responsible for the training of Police Cadets for the Department of the Army, which encompassed the entire East Coast including the State of Alaska and Puerto Rico.  During that time Officer Grimasuckas worked as a part time Police Officer for Quarryville Police Department and in 2007 he became a full time Police Officer with Quarryville Borough Police Department and worked part time with Southern Regional Police Department.  Ofc Grimasuckas left Quarryville Borough Police Department after 10 years of service to take a full time position with Southern Regional Police Department.  Ofc Grimasuckas was recognized as Officer of the Year for the year of 2014 for the Southern Regional Police Department.  Ofc Grimasuckas has been the recipient of 2 awards for Top Gun for DUI enforcement.  Ofc Grimasuckas is a member of the South Central Task Force, is certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement.  Ofc Grimasuckas is also a certified Taser Instructor.  In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is a member of the Slumbering Ground Hog Lodge and coaches football for the Solanco Midget Football Association and has coached the D, C and B teams currently.   

Officer Lori Vital - Officer Vital graduated from Manheim Central High School in 2000. Officer Vital spent most of her years in the gym atmosphere instructing classes, and small group trainings. She then left the fitness field, and worked for Manheim Central Middle School with children with special needs. With always having an interest in Law Enforcement She attended the 16th Part Time Police Academy at Harrisburg Area Community College where she was President of her graduating class in December 2015. In October of 2016 Officer Vital was hired by Southern Regional Police Department.  In her off time, Officer Vital enjoys being outdoors, and being active with her family.  

Officer Kyle Garrity - Officer Garrity began his career with the Southern Regional Police Department in March 2017. Officer Garrity has been a full time Police Officer at Millersville University since August 2012.  Officer Garrity has a Master’s Degree from Millersville University in Emergency Management, a Bachelors degree in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University and graduated from the Lackawanna College Police Academy.  Officer Garrity is a two time DUI TOP GUN winner and a Standard Field Sobriety Instructor.  Officer Garrity enjoys lifting weights and hanging out with his wife and dog in his off time.
