On 7/27/17 at approx. 1 P.M., the Southern Regional Police Department took a report of a robbery which had just occurred at a home under construction in the 500 Blk. of Pequea Blvd. in Conestoga Twp. The victim, a 48 year old male from N. Broad St. Lancaster, alleged that he was robbed at knife point. The victim alleges that he had been doing work for Jason Long at a home on Pequea Blvd., that the victim had called him and asked him to come to the home so that he could be paid for his services. The victim went on to allege that upon arriving at the home Long did provide him with payment for work provided, but that Long and a co-worker "Tony" then argued with him that he owed "Tony" money and demanded he pay him. Long and Hampton then both pulled knifes and threatened the victim with bodily harm if he did not pay. Long and Hampton then took the victims wallet and cash. This occurred in front of a 12 year old male from Lancaster who was with the victim at the time of the incident. The victim and child then fled the scene without injury.
