On September 4, 2018, Officer Aaron Haun made a vehicle stop for an invalid registration plate. During the vehicle stop the driver provided a false name to the officer. It was later determined that the true identity of the individual was Lynette Scarantino, from the first block of North Ann Street, Lancaster, PA. It was determined that she had two outstanding arrest warrants for retail theft. Scarantino was also found to be in possession of the following: a total of 6 "kits" were found inside the vehicle containing 4 baggies of Marijuana, 7 pipes/smoking devices, 2 digital scales, 11 syringes, and multiple empty glassine baggies. Officer Haun charged Scarantino with multiple charges and she was committed to the Lancaster County Prison.
