On 22 January 2023, at approximately 0130 hours, an Officer with the Quarryville Police Department conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for a traffic violation that occurred near the intersection of West Fourth Street and West State Street in Quarryville Borough. During the traffic stop, the officer found the driver, Cody Lutz of Ronks PA, to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. It was also determined that Lutz had a suspended driver's license. Appropriate charges were filed against Lutz at District Court 02-3-04 before the Honorable Stuart Mylin.
