WARWICK TOWNSHIP ROBBERY INVESTIGATION UPDATE - SUBJECT IN CUSTODY

The NLCRPD is providing the following update on a Warwick Township robbery reported on April 14, 2022, at 19:22 hours in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 900 block of the Lititz Pike. During the commission of this crime a meeting for the sale of a smart phone was agreed to via social media communication. When the meeting to complete the sales transaction took place the 17-year-old female victim was confronted by an individual armed with a silver handgun.

An investigation by the NLCRPD patrol team assigned t o the investigation identified the person responsible for the crime. The subject had previously fled to the State of Maryland and was unable to be located. An arrest warrant was issued, and the subject was entered into law enforcement data bases as a wanted person. The Office of the Cecil County (MD) Sheriff apprehended the wanted felon on May 8, 2022.

The NLCRPD has charged and arrested an individual identified as JACKOBI WILLIAM FRAZIER, age 18,providing an address 127 Rickards Street P.O. Box 731, Cecilton, Maryland with one count of Possession of instruments of crime graded as a misdemeanor of the first degree and Robbery graded as a felony of the first degree.

On May 12, 2022, two NLCRPD patrol officers took custody of JACKOBI WILLIAM FRAZIER at the Cecil County (MD) Jail and transported him to the NLCRPD Departmental Headquarters for Live Scan / CPIN arrest booking. Subject was then arraigned before MDJ E. Tobin and committed to the Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $175,000.00 bail.
