NLCRPD was dispatched for a single vehicle accident in the area of 700 Breezy Way, the Breezy Heights of Lititz apartment complex.911 advised the vehicle was off the roadway and possibly struck a tree and wall the occupant was out of the involved vehicle, described a blue Ford F-150 pickup.

NLCRPD located the crash in the front yard of the entrance to the Breezy Heights apartment complex. The driver, later identified by NLCRPD as Lewis Himmelberger, age 61, of Owl Hill Road, Lititz, PA was out of his vehicle and on the sidewalk at the entrance driveway

The driver he was traveling northbound on Highlands Drive towards the Weis Market located on Lititz Pike as he was traveling in the 700 Block of Highlands Dr, he believed a vehicle was coming up quickly behind his vehicle. Lewis stated he then attempted to brake while negotiating the roadway, but his foot got stuck between the gas and brake pedal. Lewis stated he then lost control of the vehicle, as the rear of the truck began going sideways towards the right shoulder of the roadway. The truck then went across the opposite lane of travel, going over the southbound curb on Highlands Dr and entering the front yard area of the apartment complex striking a tree and multiple posted signs, coming to rest.

The truck sustained tire rim damage and heavy impact and induced body damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. Vehicle was towed from the crash scene. No injuries were reported.

NLCRPD received a 911 call of a vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of South Penryn road and Temperance Hill road. The driver of a Ford later identified as William Wall, age 76, East Plum Street, Lititz was located outside of his vehicle. The driver of a Chrysler Sedan identified as Charissa Leppler, age 40 of Plum Street, Elizabethtown, PA was sitting on the ground holding a child both sustained injuries. Leppler she stated that she was driving West on Temperance Hill Road when the Ford which was facing South on South Penryn Rroad at the stop sign, attempted to make a left hand turn on to the East bound lanes of Temperance Hill road causing the crash. William Wall driver of the Ford provided the same account when I asked what had happened, William advised he was making a left hand turn from South Penryn road at the stop sign to the East bound lanes of Temperance Hill road and he "never saw her coming".

NLCRPD was dispatched by 911 to the intersection of White Oak Rd and Steigel Valley Rd for a report of a motor vehicle that had struck a curb. Investigation determined that a juvenile operator lost control of a 2005 Volvo 540 and struck the curb. The driver of the vehicle involved in the crash, stated that he has never driven on White Oak Rd before and was trying to get to an address following his GPS. The driver said that he thought the road was turning to the right and began negotiating what he thought was the turn when he struck the cement curb at the intersection of Stiegel Valley Rd and White Oak Rd. The vehicle required towing from the crash scene.
