On 02/18/21 at approximately 1712 hours NLCRPD responded to a residence in the 400 block of North Clay Road for a report of suspicious activity. Reporting party stated that his (2) rear drivers side windows appeared to have been shot out with a 'BB' gun sometime between the hour of 22:00 hours on 02/17 and 04:00 hours on 02/18.Caller stated that he woke up this morning and drove to work in Ephrata. Subject stated that his vehicle was parked at work all day until he got off at 1530 hours. Subject does not believe it happened at work, just believes that he did not notice it this morning. Caller stated that he just wanted to report it in case we had any other reports of the same thing in the area.
No further action taken. No criminal mechanism for damages was identified, Matter is considered as a non-criminal event for reporting purposes.
