NLCRPD has partnered with a local kennel and the Pennsylvania SPCA to provide services for the collection of animals (dogs) for temporary detention. Any dog not claimed by the owner within 72-hours will be transported to the PA SPCA in Lancaster.
This includes the Townships of Clay, Penn and Warwick and the Borough of East Petersburg.
The animal’s owner will be notified if the information is available on a collar or by utilizing our ProScan 700 for microchip detection.
