NLCRPD received a complaint on January 16th at 11:02 am of an assault that had occurred in the 200 block of Briar Hill Road. During the process of persons moving out an argument ensued during which Gabrielle Cairo Slusser, 20 years of age, and Jennifer Lynn Slusser, 40 years of age, subjected the victim to physical contact causing minor injuries.
