On 1/12/21 at 10:56 pm, NLCRPD officer stopped a car for the driver having an expired driver's license. Douglas Craig Sears, 51 years of age of Lancaster has been charged with disorderly conduct for being in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
