On February 3rd at 8:54 pm, NLCRPD responded to a vehicle accident at West Millport Road and Highlands Drive in Warwick Township where it was reported a vehicle struck a utility pole was stuck in a snow embankment and the driver who appeared intoxicated was trying to leave the scene. The driver, Ibrahim E. Said, 50 years of age of Manheim, was found to be intoxicated and provided blood samples that later indicated his blood alcohol concentration was 0.260% (over 3 times the legal limit).
