Lindsey, Nicholas Raymond - Retail Theft (M2)

On February 19th at 3:05 pm, NLCRPD received a complaint of retail theft in-progress at the Dollar General, 347 S. Main Street, Penn Township, where the staff was reporting they the person involved ran out of the store when confronted.  The suspect was later observed by the same employees hiding in a used car lot.  Nicholas Raymond Lindsey, 23 years of age, of Leola, was taken into custody with no further incident.
