February 20th at 8:52 pm, NLCRPD responded to the Sheetz, 1205 Lancaster Road in Penn Township, for a report of a shoplifting where the suspect with with a small group that caused a commotion and he left the store without paying for a bag of "Airhead's" candy, valued at $2.59. Investigation led to the arrest of Antonio Marco Guarducci, 22 years of age of Manheim.
