On March 31st at 2:25 am, an NLCRPD patrol officer observed an occupied suspicious vehicle parked in the 400 block of Elwyn Terrace in Penn Township. Upon investigation, Tyler Louis Cruiz, 18 years of age of Lebanon, was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
