1/5/21, 8:00 pm, NLCRPD responded to 121 Durlach Road in Stevens for a report of harassment. Pedro Louis Pacheco, Jr., 39 years of age of Stevens, and Luz Eneida Cabrera, 54 years of age of Stevens, have both been charged with Harassment for subjecting each other to physical contact during a disagreement.
