On 1/14/21 at 7:14 am, NLCRPD responded to a two-vehicle accident at the Manheim Central Middle School located at 261 White Oak Road in Penn Township. Tanna Elaine Barr, 49 years of age of Manheim has been charged with driving under the influence while impaired on controlled substances as well as endangering the welfare of a child and failing to have her child in a booster seat. Investigation found Barr had dropped off the child and while leaving struck a curb, light posts, and another vehicle. Barr refused to cooperate and did not provide blood samples.
