The New Holland Police Department was notified of an incident involving unlawful contact with a minor. An investigation was immediately commenced. On December 1, 2022 Joseph Patterson Sr. was arrested on multiple felony charges for his involvement with this incident.
Patterson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
