On Saturday, December 26, 2020, at 0014hrs., Officer Phil Eck responded to the first block of Penn Street in Washington Boro for a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. Officer Eck determined that the driver of the vehicle was Sithik Seth, 30, of Lancaster. Officer Eck observed that Seth showed signs of impairment. Seth was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for his injuries sustained in the crash. Officer Eck then obtained a copy of Seth's medical records from his treatment at Lancaster General Hospital which reported that Seth's BAC was .100%. Officer Eck filed charges against Seth for DUI-High Rate, DUI-General Impairment, careless driving, and disregarding roadways laned for traffic. The charges were filed at MDJ Keller's Office.
