Quincy Kareem Parks, age 41, of the 100 block of Bradford Street, Millersville, PA was charged with Illegally Operating a Motor Vehicle Not Equipped with Ignition Interlock by Officer Brandon McCormick. On Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 1435 hours Officer McCormick was on patrol when he was alerted that the owner of a vehicle he had observed being operated had an active criminal warrant issued by Lancaster City Police. Officer McCormick was able to view a photograph of the wanted person and it was the same person currently operating the vehicle in the area of Knollwood Road and Letort Road. Officer McCormick conducted a traffic stop and took the subject into custody on the outstanding warrant for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Parks' driver's license indicated he needed to have an ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle to legally operate it and there was no such device installed in the car. Officer McCormick filed the charge at MDJ Joshua Keller's office. Parks was turned over to Lancaster City Police on the outstanding warrant.
