On Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 1107hrs., a motor vehicle was reported stolen from the 2000 block of Columbia Ave to the Manor Township Police Department. Corporal Andy Long investigated the report and determined the suspect to be Tasha Johnson, 38, of Johnstown, PA. The stolen vehicle was recovered in Johnston PA, on January 19, 2021. As a result of this investigation, Johnson was charged with theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed through MDJ Keller's Office.
