On September 26, 2017 Sergeant Carolyn Gundel took a report of a sex offense. The case was assigned to Detective Tricia Mazur. Through investigation, Detective Mazur learned that Michael Falcon, 22, of Mount Joy, did inappropriately touch a 15 year old female for sexually gratification in July or August of 2017. Based on her investigation, Detective Mazur charged Falcon with one count of indecent assault, one count of corruption of minors, and one count of unlawful contact with a minor. Falcon was arraigned on January 10th at District Magistrate Keller's office. His bail was set at $150,000 unsecured and his is to have no contact with minors.
