On Saturday, December 26, 2020, at 1651hrs., Corporal Andrew Long responded to the area of N. Duke St. and W. Charlotte St. for a two-vehicle collision. Prem Chhetri, 38, of Millersville, was found to be the driver of one of the involved vehicles. It was determined that Chhetri had failed to stop for a stop sign and struck another vehicle, causing it to rollover. During the investigation, Chhetri showed signs of impairment and was transported to Lancaster General Hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Corporal Long obtained Chhetri's medical records and determined that his BAC was .313% at the time of the collision. As a result, Corporal Long charged Chhetri with DUI, DUI (highest rate), and duties at a stop sign. The charges were filed through MDJ Keller's Office.
