TRAFFIC ALERT AS OF 11:18 A.M., ON TUESDAY, APRIL 6TH, 2021
The Manheim Township Police are on the scene of a serious crash involving an overturned vehicle, on Route 222 North near Bushong Road. The crash has closed all northbound lanes of Route 222. Route 222 North has been shut at both the Route 30 and Route 272 interchanges. Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area and plan alternate routes of travel. Extensive traffic delays are expected. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.

Route 222 north has been re-opened and all adjacent roadways are now flowing smoothly. Similarly, the power outage, which affected Harrisburg Pike from Dillerville Road to the Park City Mall, has been fixed and the traffic signals are once again functioning properly. Please drive safely!
TRAFFIC ALERT AS OF 7:10 A.M., MONDAY ,MARCH 1ST, 2021
A crash, which occurred around 6:30 a.m., has caused the northbound lanes of Route 222 to be closed, while emergency responders investigate and clean up the crash site. Both lanes of Route 222 north are CLOSED at Route 30 - no traffic is permitted to travel north, and will be diverted at Route 30. Motorists traveling through this area should take an alternate route or plan on extra travel time through this area. Additional information will be put out when it becomes available.

Investigators from the Manheim Township Police Department have closed the Thaddeus Stevens Bridge in the 1100 block of Lititz Pike to perform a crash reconstruction. The bridge will be closed to traffic for approximately 90 minutes, to allow investigators time to perform the reconstruction.
