UPDATE ::::::: LOCATED & INCARCERATED
Vehicle Theft / Theft From Motor Vehicle Arrest, September & October 2017 (EP) – Adam Gregory Roach, M/32, of Manheim, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a lengthy investigation by detectives. The charges are based upon the following:
- On September 12, 2017, Roach stole a 1999 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck from the 3100 block of Caroline Drive. At the same time, Roach entered a 2002 Honda 616 and stole $5.00 in loose change. Roach later parked the stolen pickup truck on Debra Avenue.
- On September 20, 2017, Roach again stole the same 1999 Chevrolet S-18 pickup truck from the 3100 block of Caroline Drive. Roach later parked the vehicle on Hampton Court.
- On October 6, 2017, Roach stole a 2011 Mazda 3 sedan from the 2500 block of Speckled Drive. Roach later parked the vehicle on Debra Avenue.
- On October 27, 2017, Roach again stole the same 2011 Mazda 3 from the 2500 block of Speckled Drive. Roach later parked the vehicle on Vaughn Drive.
Roach was developed as a suspect after a cigarette butt containing his DNA was found inside one of the vehicles. Roach also lived on Splitrail Drive at the time of these offenses. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Roach remains a wanted person at this time.
