Retail Theft Arrest, 10:48 a.m., Saturday, February 13, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Heather April Howarth, F/49, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $31.00 worth of merchandise from the store. Howarth fled the store prior to police arrival and was identified using security footage from the store. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Howarth remains a wanted person at this time.
