A Maryland man reported to police that he parked his vehicle on Janet Avenue near Fountain Avenue, Manheim Township, at 6:30 p.m. February 15, 2020. As he was walking to a nearby house, he was approached by his cousin, Jeremy J. Fulton M/33 of George Street, Lancaster, who told the victim that he was going to kill him and slashed at his face with an unknown type edged weapon. The victim put up his arms to protect his face and was cut across his arm. The victim then fled and contacted police. Fulton has been charged with Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats and a warrant has been issued. Anybody who knows Fulton's whereabouts is asked to contact the police.
