Robbery of Motor Vehicle / Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery of Motor Vehicle / Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle / Robbery Arrest, 4:40 p.m., Sunday, May 10, 2020, Jennings Drive at Michelle Drive (LT) – Jayquann Allen Burkett, M/19, of Harrisburg, PA, and his accomplice, were charged with the above offenses after they conspired to work together to steal a vehicle from another person. Burkett and his accomplice were picked up by the victim in the victim's vehicle. At the above intersection, Burkett's accomplice threatened to kill the victim if he did not give her his car. The victim agreed to relinquish the vehicle and Burkett and his accomplice took possession of it. Both were stopped by police a short period of time later, arrested, and interviewed. Both were released pending further investigation. A criminal complaint was filed against each party and arrest warrants were obtained. The accomplice was taken into custody on May 16th, 2020 and taken to Central Arraignment. Burkett remains a wanted person at this time.
