ARRESTS

1.  Harassment Arrest, 10:02 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019, 800 block Pleasure Road (MT) – Joshua A. Cosme-Rivera, M/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at his residence.  During the altercation, Cosme-Rivera grabbed another person’s arm and caused their shirt to rip.  A citation was filed.

2.  DUI Arrest, 1:25 a.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019, 1300 block Harrisburg Pike (MT) – Jafohn Ahmere Carl, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a check on the welfare incident.  Carl was found with his vehicle; whose one tire was flat.  Carl admitted to driving the vehicle and exhibited signs of impairment.  He was arrested but refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Retail Theft Arrest, 8:51 a.m., Wednesday, June 13, 2018, 1278 Millersville Pike – CVS Pharmacy (LT) – A 13-year-old female was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $7.70 worth of merchandise from the store.  A citation was filed.

4.  Noise Violation Arrest, 12:32 a.m., Sunday, May 5, 2019, Deep Hollow Lane (LT) – Nikkia T. Armstrong, F/22, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she held a party at her residence with loud music and loud yelling that traveled across property lines and disturbed neighbors.  A citation was filed.

5.  Dog Law Violation Arrest, 10:01 p.m., Sunday, May 5, 2019, Deep Hollow Lane (LT) – Johna K. Vitale, F/54, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she permitted her dog to run at large, go to the property of another, and bite another dog.  A citation was filed.

6.  Possession of Amphetamine / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 2:04 a.m., Saturday, April 6, 2019, 500 block Misty Drive (LT) – Hyam Cruz-Sepulveda, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after an officer found him sleeping inside a vehicle.  Officers searched Cruz-Sepulveda’s vehicle on consent and located amphetamine, marijuana, a blunt, and a pill bottle.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Dog Law Violation Arrest, 3:41 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019, Sovereign Circle (MT) – Kelly E. Brennan-Lefever, F/51, of Lititz, PA, was charged with two (2) counts of the PA Dog Law after she failed to confine her dog on her premises.  The dog left the property, attacked another domestic dog without provocation, and killed it.  Two (2) citations were filed.

8.  Retail Theft Arrest, 11:30 a.m., Monday, May 13, 2019, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – Melissa J. Gish, F/49, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $105.96 worth of merchandise from the store.  A citation was issued.

9.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 4:58 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2019, 900 block Pleasure Road (MT) – John R. Martin, M/61, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed passed out in a residential yard asking people for a ride.  A citation was issued.

10.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 12:36 p.m., Sunday, May 5, 2019, Route 30 East at Route 283 East (MT) – Tristan R. Thomas, M/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he displayed a firearm during an incident involving another motorist.  Thomas’ actions alarmed others.  A citation was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Robbery, 4:11 a.m., Tuesday, May 4, 2019, 806 New Holland Avenue – Turkey Hill (MT) – An unknown tall, slender male entered the store and demanded the clerk to open the register, while stating he was armed with a firearm.  No firearm was displayed.  The clerk refused to give the male the money and he left.  Investigation continues.

2.  Vehicle Theft, May 13 to 14, 2019, 1100 block Ranck Mill Road (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked tan 2004 Honda Odyssey minivan and stole it as it sat parked overnight.  The keys to the vehicle were inside of it.  The vehicle was later recovered in Lancaster City.  Total loss: $3,500.00.
