ARRESTS
1. DUI Arrest, 6:39 p.m., Sunday, February 7, 2021, Millersville Pike at Charles Road (LT) – Richard R. McCullough, M/57, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation. McCullough was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment. McCullough admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. A criminal complaint was filed.
2. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrests, 10:49 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2021, 1234 Millersville Pike – Manor Shopping Center (LT) – Jennifer Lynn Franklin, F/50, of Manheim, PA, and Alaxander James Schnader, M/52, of Lititz, PA, were charged with the above offense after they were observed sitting inside a vehicle to the rear of the shopping center. An officer on patrol stopped and spoke with Franklin and Schnader. The officer asked for, and was granted, permission to search the vehicle and their belongings. The search yielded a crack pipes, copper mesh, and a vial. A criminal complaint was filed against each party.
3. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:58 p.m., Sunday, February 14, 2021, 400 block Haymarket Lane (MT) – Joseph Schonman, M/55, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed manifestly under the influence of an alcoholic beverage in a public place. A citation was issued.
4. Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 1:38 p.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2021, Route 222 South at Jake Landis Road (MT) – Christian L. Rodriguez, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for tailgating. Officers searched Rodriguez’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana and a smoking device. A criminal complaint was filed.
5. Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 3:21 p.m., Sunday, February 14, 2021, Route 222 South at Route 30 West (MT) – Joseph Garcia, M/24, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inoperable brake lamp. Officers searched Garcia’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana. A criminal complaint was filed.
6. Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 3:36 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2021, Oregon Pike at Chester Road (MT) – Benjamin J. Hanson, II, M/36, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate. Officers searched Hanson, II’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana, a baggie, and a smoking device. A criminal complaint was filed.
7. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 3:05 p.m., Monday, February 8, 2021, 1600 block Esbenshade Road (MT) – Matthew L. Branstetter, M/52, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stumbling and falling into the roadway, while walking in the area. Branstetter was nearly struck by passing vehicles. Officers determined that he was under the influence of vodka. A citation was filed.
8. Criminal Trespass Arrest, 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 29, 2021, 500 block Valley Road (MT) – Stephen M. Ogorzalek, M/36, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he went to a residential property, after previously been given a notice against ‘no trespass.’ A citation was filed.
9. Simple Assault Arrest, 9:58 p.m., Saturday, December 5, 2020, 1400 Harrisburg Pike – United States Post Office (MT) – Kireen R. Hargrove, M/34, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he punched another person in the face three (3) times. The blows caused the victim redness to the skin and the temporary loss of peripheral vision. A criminal complaint was filed.
10. Drug Delivering Resulting in Death / Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Drug Delivery Resulting in Death Arrest, 2:00 to 8:10 a.m., Sunday, November 15, 2020, 400 block Revere Road (MT) – Jade Alexus Walmer, F/19, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she and another person sold Fentanyl to another person. The purchaser subsequently ingested the Fentanyl, overdosed, and died as a result. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Walmer subsequently surrendered to the court.

Theft By Deception, 5:20 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2021, 2068 Fruitville Pike – Five Below (MT) – Unknown person/s contacted the store and instructed the employees to purchase gift cards and provide the gift card information to the caller. The caller stated they represented the Department of Business Oversight. Total loss: $1,000.00.
2. Retail Theft, 6:32 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 3205 Lititz Pike – Sheetz (MT) – Two (2) unknown males entered the store and stole $207.64 worth of beer.
