ARRESTS
1. Disorderly Conduct / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 6:15 p.m., Friday, January 1, 2021, 200 block Greenview Drive (MT) – Diana L. Wendler, F/56, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a disturbance at her residence. During the altercation, Wendler yelled and screamed profanities from the balcony of her apartment, to the point where her neighbors became alarmed. Wendler was warned by police to stop her actions and refused. Officers made contact with Wendler and found her to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages. She was arrested, processed, and released to a responsible party. A criminal complaint was filed.
2. DUI Arrest, 12:41 a.m., Sunday, January 3, 2021, Route 30 West at Lititz Pike (MT) – Manuel A. Torres-Galarza, M/47, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a lane change infraction. Torres-Galarza exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. He was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.109%. A criminal complaint was filed.
3. DUI Arrest, 9:47 p.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 1000 block East Orange Street (LT) – Sean A. Coleman, M/38, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed sitting inside a running vehicle. Officers approached Coleman and detected the odor of alcoholic beverages coming from his breath. Coleman was arrested and taken for a breath test, but refused chemical testing. A criminal complaint was filed.
4. Harassment Arrests, 2:30 p.m., January 1, 2021, 400 block Eden Road (MT) – Dondre J. Christian, M/19, and Angel J. Plaza, M/21, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Christian and Plaza slapped and scratched one another. A citation was filed against each party.
5. Possession of Synthetic Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 10:34 p.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2020, 1200 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Justin Ray Stark, M/29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was found lying face-down on the sidewalk, unresponsive. Officers roused Stark, who admitted to having synthetic marijuana. Officers searched Stark and found synthetic marijuana and rolling papers. A criminal complaint was filed.
6. Retail Theft Arrest, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2020, 1507 Lititz Pike – Cricket Wireless (MT) – Michael J. Cambardella, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $79.98 worth of merchandise from the store. A citation was filed.
7. Harassment Arrest, 2:50 a.m., Monday, December 28, 2020, 100 block Jennings Drive (LT) – Inez N. London, F/22, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, London poked and punched another person in the face multiple times. A citation was filed.
8. Disorderly Conduct Arrests, 10:48 a.m., Saturday, December 26, 2020, 900 block Olde Hickory Road (MT) – Tiphanie T. Martinez, F/21, and Edward H. Leisey, M/29, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a disturbance at their residence, which alarmed others in the area. A citation was filed against each party.
9. Simple Assault Arrest, 4:08 p.m., Friday, December 25, 2020, 1000 block Grofftown Road (LT) – Skyler Matthew Barr, M/25, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a disturbance at a residence. During the altercation, Barr punched another person in the face two (2) times, causing a cut to the victim’s lower lip. Barr then used an electronic stun gun on the victim two (2) times. Barr was then forced from the home by the property owner. A criminal complaint was filed.
10. DUI Arrest, 5:25 p.m., Thursday, December 24, 2020, 500 block Thornberry Lane (MT) – Kordelle Jamir Stewart, M/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he and his vehicle were observed in the backyard of a residence. Stewart exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Officers also observed empty alcoholic beverage bottles inside the vehicle. Stewart was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.127%. A criminal complaint was filed.
11. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 2:59 p.m., Friday, December 25, 2020, 1262 Lititz Pike – Walgreen’s (MT) – Troy K. Eby, M/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he overdosed on heroin inside the store’s bathroom. A citation was filed.
12. Harassment Arrest, 12:27 p.m., Friday, December 25, 2020, 900 block Olde Hickory Road (MT) – Edward H. Leisey, II, M/29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Leisey, II punched another person in the hip. A citation was filed.
13. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 10:22 a.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 2300 block Fruitville Pike (MT) – Adam M. Rosencrans, M/40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed manifestly under the influence of alcoholic beverages, and wandering into his neighbor’s yard. A citation was filed.
14. Criminal Mischief Arrest, 6:00 p.m., Saturday, October 31, 2020, 900 block North President Avenue (MT) – David Joseph Goldberger, Jr., M/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he intentionally banged on his neighbor’s garage door, causing dents and damage totaling $300.00. Goldberger was upset that his neighbor was causing loud noise. A citation was filed.
15. DUI Arrest, 11:04 p.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2020, 900 block Sterling Place (LT) – Gabriela Floribeth Machado, F/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation. Machado was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment. Machado was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.176%. A criminal complaint was filed.
16. DUI Arrest, 7:19 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2020, 400 block Belair Drive (MT) – Kimberly N. Roman, F/53, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation. Roman was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment. She also admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. Roman was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.179%. A criminal complaint was filed.
17. Strangulation / Intimidation of a Witness / Simple Assault Arrest, 12:47 a.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2020, 1400 block Passey Lane (LT) – Rasheem Joseph Stancil, M/30, of Harrisburg, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Stancil intentionally placed both hands around the victim’s throat and squeeze, impeding their breathing and blood circulation. Stancil also grabbed the victim by the throat two (2) times, slammed her onto a couch, and pushed her into a wall with such force that it created a hole in the drywall. The victim attempted to call 9-1-1 using her cell phone and Stancil grabbed her phone. He then retained the phone and prevented her from getting help. Stancil was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
18. Strangulation / Simple Assault / Terroristic Threats Arrest, 9:00 a.m., Friday, December 25, 2020, 300 block Iris Glen (MT) – Jordan Matthew Rubinstein, M/31, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Rubinstein choked the victim using both of his hands around her neck, applied pressure, and caused the victim to be unable to breathe. Rubinstein also punched the victim several times in the face and head area. Rubinstein also brandished a kitchen knife and threatened to “slit” the victim’s throat. He was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
19. Terroristic Threats / Possessing Instruments of a Crime / Simple Assault / Harassment Arrest, 1:09 a.m., Monday, December 28, 2020, 100 block Delp Road (MT) – Carlos J. Morales-Lebron, M/46, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Morales-Lebron brandished a hammer and held it above his head, and threatened to strike another person with the weapon. Morales-Lebron also shoved two (2) other people inside the home. He was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
1. Theft From Motor Vehicle, 4:28 a.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021, 500 block Magnolia Drive (MT) – An unknown male entered an unlocked vehicle and looked around the interior. No items stolen.
2. Theft, January 1 to 2, 2021, 700 block Goose Neck Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a black Giant mountain bicycle from a residential porch as it sat unattended overnight. Total loss: $800.00.
3. Criminal Mischief, 12:00 a.m. to 2:50 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021, 200 block Pennshire Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s scratched the paint of a vehicle, which sat parked in the area. Total loss: $300.00.
4. Vehicle Theft, 12:00 to 8:08 a.m., Monday, January 4, 2021, 1600 block Chadwick Circle (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a silver 2008 Mazda M6, which sat parked overnight. The vehicle was later recovered in Lancaster City.
5. Theft By Deception, 12:00 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2021, 100 block Hoover Road (LT) – An unknown male purporting to be with PPL Utilities, convinced the victim to send them $383.26 due to outstanding debts. The call was later determined to be a scam.
6. Theft, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2020, 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 250 – Hope International (MT) – An unknown black male entered the business, walked to a cubical, and stole a wallet and contents. Credit cards within the wallet were later used to make fraudulent purchases in another jurisdiction. Total loss: $30.00.
7. Criminal Mischief, 12:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2021, 1587 Fruitville Pike – Dick’s Sporting Goods (MT) – Unknown person/s scratched the paint of a vehicle as it sat unattended. Total loss: $1,000.00.
8. Burglary, January 3 to 4, 2021, 409 Juliette Avenue – Motor & Ignition Services (MT) – Unknown person/s entered the business and stole miscellaneous copper items, keys, and cash from the business. They then stole a red 1998 Dodge Dakota pickup truck parked outside. Total loss: $1,750.00.
