1.  Possession of Heroin Arrest, 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019, 1700 block Wabank Road (LT) – Heather Lynn Davis, F/33, of Manheim, PA, was charged with the above offense following a disturbance.  Davis appeared to be under the influence and admitted to consuming a controlled substance.  Officers searched Davis’ bag and located heroin.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 2:32 p.m., Sunday, July 7, 2019, 1246 Millersville Pike – Regal Cinema (LT) – Tangra R. Williams, F/50, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed screaming, using obscenities, and yelled that someone had a gun inside of the movie theatre.  Williams’ actions alarmed other patrons of the theatre.  A citation was filed.

3.  Theft / Theft From Motor Vehicle Arrest, 5:19 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019, 1300 block Glen Moore Circle (MT) – James Scott Kise, M/56, of Elizabethtown, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was located inside a parked vehicle removing items without permission.  Kise also took property items from around the outside of a residence.  Total value of loss: $35.00.  Kise was arrested, processed, and released.  A criminal complaint was filed.


1.  Burglary, July 14 to 15, 2019, 1400 block Newton Road (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked residence during the overnight hours and stole a wallet and cash.  Total loss: $48.00.  Investigation continues.

2.  Theft of Services, July 13 to 15, 2019, 996 East Orange Street – Red Rose Pet Care Center (LT) – Unknown person/s dumped a box spring at the business’s assigned dumpster.  Total loss: $20.00.

3.  Theft, July 10 to 15, 2019, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Unknown person/s stole $15.00 from a wallet.

4.  Retail Theft, 6:54 p.m., Monday, July 15, 2019, 1278 Millersville Pike – CVS Pharmacy (LT) – An unknown black or Hispanic male stole $134.35 worth of deodorant from the store.  Investigation continues.
