ARRESTS

1.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 3:35 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2019, 6100 block Lemon Street (EP) – Brock Heidel, M/26, of East Petersburg, PA, was charged with the above offense following a disturbance at his residence.  During the altercation, Heidel did yell and scream at his family, which alarmed neighbors in the area to call 9-1-1.  A citation was filed.

2.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 11:35 a.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019, Keller Avenue at Lititz Pike (MT) – Sarah Grace Williamson, F/20, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inspection sticker infraction.  Officers searched Williamson’s vehicle which yielded a smoking device.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 8:35 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019, Keller Avenue (MT) – Frederick R. Johnson, M/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for a suspended driver’s license infraction.  Officers searched Johnson’s vehicle which yielded marijuana, several baggies, and a digital scale.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 12:23 a.m., Sunday, May 26, 2019, 500 block Magnolia Drive (MT) – A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense following a report of a suspicious vehicle.  While speaking with the juvenile, who was seated inside the vehicle, the officer observed a bag of marijuana sitting in the center console.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

5.  DUI Arrest, 2:23 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2019, 1400 block Harrisburg Pike (MT) – Olivia Isabela Bennawit, F/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Bennawit was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Bennawit was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.152%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  Disorderly Conduct, 2:15 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019, 451 Granite Run Drive – Fulton Bank (MT) – Geoffrey L. Hauck, M/55, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he caused a disturbance inside the bank by yelling at employees.  A citation was filed.

7.  DUI Arrest, 12:21 a.m., Sunday, June 23, 2019, 1100 block Country Club Drive (MT) – Daniel C. Messner, M/35, of Glenmoore, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop on a motorcycle for erratic driving.  As the officer was following Messner, he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed.  Messner did not suffer any serious injury as a result of the crash, yet exhibited signs of impairment.  He was arrested for DUI and refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Harassment Arrest, 1:57 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2019, Kissel Hill Road at Jake Landis Road (MT) – Brittany Erin Rakers, F/34, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute in a moving vehicle.  During the altercation, Rakers scratched the neck of the victim and struck the victim approximately five (5) times, while the vehicle was being driven.  A citation was filed.

9.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 10:06 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2019, 700 block South West End Avenue (LT) – Stanley K. Hess, M/68, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed slurring his speech and displaying a lack of balance and coordination in a public place, while under the influence of alcohol.  A citation was filed.

10.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 8:01 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019, 300 block Iris Glen (MT) – Angel Luis Perez, M/45, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense following a disturbance at a residence.  During the altercation, Perez stepped into the threshold of the victim’s home to grab a baseball bat that the victim was holding.  A citation was filed.

11.  DUI Arrest, 3:07 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2019, 2100 block Oregon Pike (MT) – BonnieJeanne Walsh-Shepperson, F/41, of Akron, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Walsh-Shepperson exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  She was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.105%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12.  Aggravated Harassment By Prisoner / Disorderly Conduct / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:59 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019, 2600 block Northfield Drive (EP) – Luis F. Fuentes, Jr., M/54, of East Petersburg, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a disturbance at his residence.  Officers received a 9-1-1 hang up call from Fuentes, Jr.’s residence and responded to investigate.  Upon arrival, Fuentes, Jr. became agitated at the officer and exited his home.  Once outside, Fuentes, Jr. was screaming and causing a disturbance which alarmed neighbors in the area.  Fuentes, Jr. was also under the influence of an alcoholic beverage at the time.  Officers arrested Fuentes, Jr. for disorderly conduct and placed him into the backseat of a patrol vehicle.  Once inside, he spit saliva into the face of one of the officers.  He was processed and taken to Central Arraignment.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft, June 20 to 21, 2019, 100 block Dickens Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a pair of shoes and a toiletry bag from the front porch of a residence.  Total loss: $147.00.

2.  Access Device Fraud, June 19 to 21, 2019, 200 block Buckfield Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s accessed the victim’s credit and debit cards and made $9,018.68 worth of fraudulent charges upon them.  Investigation continues.

3.  Criminal Mischief, June 20 to 21, 2019, Haskell Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s punctured two (2) tires on a vehicle which sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $320.00.

4.  Retail Theft, 8:07 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2019, 3205 Lititz Pike – Sheetz (MT) – An unknown male and unknown female stole alcoholic beverages from the store.  Total loss: $7.50.

5.  Criminal Mischief, 9:30 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019, 200 block Elizabeth Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s drove a vehicle through several front yards, causing $50.00 in damage.

6.  Theft, June 21 to 22, 2019, 400 block Coach House Lane (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a mailbox and post from the front of a residence.  Total loss: $100.00.

7.  Harassment, 1:32 a.m., Sunday, June 23, 2019, 1110 Millersville Pike – House of Pasta (LT) – An unknown female became angry when the bartender refused to serve her as she was visibly intoxicated.  The female threw a barstool at the bartender, striking him in the arm.  The barstool also damaged $80.00 in liquor bottles.  The female fled prior to police arrival.

8.  Theft From Motor Vehicle Incidents, June 22 to 23, 2019 (MT) –
- 600 block Pleasure Road –
Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole sunglasses.  Total loss: $100.00.
- 600 block Fountain Avenue – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $4.00 in change.
- 600 block McGrann Boulevard – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole two (2) pairs of sunglasses, which were later recovered.  Total loss: $110.00.
- 900 block North President Avenue – Unknown person/s entered a locked vehicle and stole a backpack and contents.  The backpack was later recovered but a debit card remains missing.  Total loss: $30.00.

9.  Criminal Mischief, 7:29 p.m., Sunday, June 23, 2019, 1000 block Marshall Avenue (MT) – Unknown person/s started a physical fight in the front yard of a residence.  During the course of the altercation, a front porch railing and downspout were damaged.  Total loss: $150.00.

10.  Retail Theft Incidents, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) –
- 4:28 p.m., Sunday, June 23, 2019 –
An unknown white male stole $163.32 worth of crab legs from the store.
- 11:10 a.m., Monday, June 24, 2019 – An unknown white male stole $122.49 worth of crab legs from the store.  Investigation continues.
