1. DUI Arrest, 3:26 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2020, 1200 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Alex D. Ibarra, M/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation. Ibarra was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment. Ibarra admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash and an empty alcoholic beverage bottle was found inside his vehicle. Ibarra was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.30%. A criminal complaint was filed.
2. DUI Arrest, 8:48 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Thomas T. Carter, M/63, of Landisville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a check on the welfare in the parking lot of the business. Officers located Carter inside his running vehicle, heavily under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. In speaking with Carter, he admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Officers reviewed the security footage from the store and determined that Carter had driven his vehicle into the parking lot after consuming the alcoholic beverages. He was arrested and consented to a blood draw, the results of which are still pending at this time. A criminal complaint was filed.
1. Theft, September 2019 to March 2020, Center Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a blue ten-speed bicycle, which had been stored alongside a building. Total loss: $400.00.
