ARRESTS

1.  Retail Theft Arrest, 1:35 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – Amber Nicole Lee, F/29, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $65.61 worth of merchandise.  A citation was issued.

2.  Retail Theft Arrests, 4:25 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Darrien Roy Harmon, M/19, of Lancaster, PA, and Alexis L. Sawyer, F/18, of East Petersburg, PA were charged with the above offense after they were observed stealing $17.40 worth of merchandise.  A citation was issued against both parties.

3.  Retail Theft / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 9:16 a.m., Monday, November 5, 2018, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – Teresa M. Craven, F/42, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she was observed under the influence to the degree that she was passed out in the store.  Officers determined that she consumed Listerine in order to become intoxicated.  She did not pay for the product.  Two (2) citations were filed.

4.  Harassment Arrest, 12:22 p.m., Tuesday, October 23, 2018, 2500 block Chrismar Way (EP) – A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at their residence.  During the altercation, the juvenile punched the victim in the lip.  A citation was filed.

5.  Criminal Mischief Arrest, 11:57 a.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2018, 400 block Waterford Court (LT) – Taya M. Smith, F/40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute.  During the altercation, Smith intentionally damaged the victim’s car and a necklace.  Total loss: $500.00.  A citation was filed.

6.  Harboring a Dangerous Dog Arrest, 5:31 p.m., Friday, October 12, 2018, Pickford Drive (LT) – Juan Quinones, Jr., M/45, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after a pit bull canine owned by him left his property and without provocation, attacked a 6-year-old child which resulted in serious injuries.  A citation was filed.

7.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 10:52 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018, Manheim Pike at Plaza Boulevard (MT) – John Louis Cuebas-Torres, M/23, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a suspended registration plate.  Officers searched Cuebas-Torres’ vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Aggravated Assault / Strangulation / Simple Assault Arrest, 4:19 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 2800 block Weaver Road (MT) – Alexander Richard DiPaolo, M/35, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at his residence.  During the altercation, DiPaolo picked up the victim by the arms and forced them out of his residence.  While doing so, the victim fell to the ground.  DiPaolo then jumped and stomped on the victim, causing a bruise to their torso.  DiPaolo then punched the victim repeatedly, striking the face, and causing a swollen left eye and bloody lip.  DiPaolo also grabbed the victim by the throat, cut off the victim’s air supply, and caused the victim to lose consciousness.  He was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

9.  Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 1:05 a.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, Cottage Avenue (LT) – Tyler James Forbes, M/18, of Springfield, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was found trespassing the backyards of several houses.  Forbes did so in order to hide from public view and smoke marijuana.  Officers found Forbes in possession of a marijuana grinder, a glass smoking device, and two (2) storage containers.  He was arrested, processed, and released.  A criminal complaint was filed.

10.  Retail Theft Arrest, 7:47 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Duran D. Henson, M/32, of Marietta, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $73.38 worth of merchandise from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Henson remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Henson should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

11.  DUI Arrest, 12:13 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2018, East King Street at Ranck Avenue (LT) – Carrie Anne Kling, F/41, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a red-light violation.  Kling exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to drinking beer.  Kling was arrested and refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12.  Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana Arrest, 11:20 p.m., Monday, November 5, 2018, 1200 block East King Street (LT) – Kinsey E. Arungwa, M/24, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an equipment violation.  Officers searched Arungwa’s vehicle which yielded 485.5g of marijuana, a scale, several plastic baggies, and $430.00.  He was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

13.  Retail Theft Arrest, 3:00 p.m., Monday, November 5, 2018, 2000 Crossings Boulevard – Wegman’s (MT) – Sidney Mone Johnson, F/22, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $272.45 worth of merchandise.  She was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment.

14.  Theft By Deception Arrest, 11:06 a.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2018, 1216 Millersville Pike – Fulton Bank (LT) – Troy Lamont McClain, M/52, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he deposited an empty envelope into an ATM but reported that it contained $400.00.  McClain then withdrew $349.53 worth of funds from another ATM.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 3:24 a.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a PA driver’s license.  Total loss: $35.00.

2.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 3:25-3:32 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 1241 Lititz Pike – Stauffer Park (MT) – Unknown persons broke into four (4) vehicles as they sat in the parking lot of the park.  Two (2) vehicles were unlocked, two (2) were locked.  All four (4) vehicles had purses sitting in plain view.  Two (2) victim’s credit cards were later used to make fraudulent purchases at area stores.  Total loss: $200.00.  Investigation continues.

3.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 2:40-5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, 2254 Basset Drive – Overlook Park (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed the windows of six (6) vehicles parked at Overlook Park and stole items inside.  Total loss: $4,500.00.  Investigation continues.

4.  Criminal Mischief, October 28 to November 4, 2018, 275 Hess Boulevard – Islamic Community Center of Lancaster (MT) – Unknown person/s shot out a window with a BB or pellet gun.  Total loss: $200.00.

5.  Theft, 1:55 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2018, 100 block Wilson Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package that had been delivered to the residence.  Total loss: $149.95.
