ARRESTS

1.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 9:30 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2019, 900 block North Prince Street (MT) – John P. Miller, M/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed attempting to enter a residence where he did not belong, using a key to a lock that did not fit.  Miller was heavily under the influence of ecstasy at the time of the incident.  A citation was issued.

2.  Possession of Marijuana / Alcoholic Beverage Restriction Arrest, 9:43 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, Pinetown Road at Route 222 North (MT) – Morgan Jean-Marie Boas, F/22, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding.  Officers searched Boas’ vehicle which yielded marijuana and an open bottle of liquor.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Disorderly Conduct / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:12 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, 1100 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Leighann M. Quinn, F/38, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she was observed under the influence of alcohol in a public place.  Quinn was yelling, stumbling, and causing a disturbance in the parking lot of a business open to the public.  Her actions alarmed persons in the area.  Two (2) citations were filed.

4.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 11:50 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, 1492 Lititz Pike – Clarion Inn & Suites (MT) – Denisha Curtosi, F/32, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed intoxicated in the common areas of the hotel, vomiting, and verbally berating persons in the area.  A citation was filed.

5.  Terroristic Threats / Harassment Arrest, 6:29 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019, 2200 block Valley Road (EP) – Lori L. White, F/60, of East Petersburg, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at her residence.  During the altercation, White pulled on the back of one (1) victim’s shirt collar and pulled the victim backwards several feet.  White also pulled a necklace off the victim and shook the victim while holding onto their shoulders.  White then struck a second victim in the neck area, using the side of her hand.  White then verbally threatened both victims stating “I wouldn’t go to sleep tonight, this is gonna be your last night.”  White was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

6.  Retail Theft / Theft Arrests, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Milton F. Coleman, M/63, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following several instances of theft at the store.
   - At 7:32 a.m., Sunday, January 6, 2019, Milton stole $368.48 worth of merchandise from the store.
   - At 9:34 a.m., Monday, January 7, 2019, Milton stole $285.93 worth of merchandise from the store.  While in the store at this time, Milton also stole a black leather tote bag that had been left unattended in a shopping cart.  A tablet, purse, and cash were contained within the tote bag.  Total loss from the tote bag was $535.00.
A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Milton remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Milton should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

7.  Theft Arrest, 3:50 p.m., Sunday, December 30, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Sadie Ann Peters, F/26, of Elm, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing a purse and contents from an unattended shopping cart.  Peters stole a wallet and cell phone from the purse and discarded the purse in another aisle.  Total loss: $900.00.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Theft From Motor Vehicle / Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime Arrest, 8:55 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019, 100 block River Drive (LT) – Frederick C. Sisneros, M/47, of Leola, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was observed breaking into a vehicle and stealing $2.04 in loose change.  Through the course of investigation, officers determined that Sisneros had also been throughout numerous back yard properties.  Officers determined that Sisneros had three (3) prior convictions for Theft From Motor Vehicle within five (5) years which made this incident a felony offense.  Sisneros was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

9.  DUI Arrest, 7:58 p.m., Sunday, January 13, 2019, East Roseville Road (MT) – Richard W. Welk, Jr., M/61, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate.  Welk exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.139%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, January 10-11, 2019, 1330 Harrisburg Pike – Rebath (MT) – Unknown person/s entered and attempted to steal a work van from the business.  When unsuccessful, the person/s stole $475.00 worth of power tools and electronics from the vehicle.  Investigation continues.

2.  Burglary, January 10-11, 2019, 1325 Harrisburg Pike – Brandt’s Body Shop (MT) – Unknown person/s forced entry into the business but stole nothing inside.  Total loss: $100.00 due to damage to a rear door.  Investigation continues.

3.  Theft, January 10-11, 2019, 300 block Abbeyville Road (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a fixed gear IRO bicycle from under a residential carport during the overnight hours.  Total loss: $300.00.  The bicycle was later recovered several houses down.

4.  Theft, December 9-10, 2018, Knollwood Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a package from a residential porch.  Total loss: $715.00.

5.  Identity Theft, 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2019, 400 block Surrey Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s used the victim’s identity to purchase two (2) Samsung Galaxy Note 9 cell phones.  Investigation continues.

6.  Dog Law Violation, 3:50 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, South West End Avenue (LT) – An unknown white pit bull attacked another dog who was being walked by its owner.  The pit bull ran off and was never identified.

7.  Burglary, 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, 500 block Ashford Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked residence and stole numerous electronics.  Total loss: $430.00.  Investigation continues.

8.  Theft, December 20-21, 2019, 400 block Rockhouse Run (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a mountain bike from the outside porch of a residence.  Total loss: $50.00.

9.  Retail Theft, 5:28 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unidentified male stole detergent, valued at $37.98, from the store and fled.  Investigation continues.

10.  Retail Theft, 4:40 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) - An unidentified male stole detergent, valued at $37.98, from the store and fled.  Investigation continues.

11.  Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories, 1:00-7:15 a.m., Sunday, January 13, 2019, 600 block Cobblestone Lane (MT) – Unknown person/s stole the wheels and tires from a 2017 Dodge Charger that sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $1,400.00.

12.  Criminal Mischief, January 12-13, 2019, 1100 block Sterling Place (LT) – Unknown person/s smashed the rear window of a vehicle which sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $750.00.

13.  Criminal Mischief, January 12-13, 2019, Cold Stream Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s smashed the driver side window of a vehicle which sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $250.00.

14.  Theft, January 10-11, 2019, 400 block Rockhouse Run (MT) – Unknown person/s stole tools from an outside porch of a residence.  Total loss: $140.00.

15.  Theft, January 13-14, 2019, 1100 block New Holland Pike (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed the front right passenger window of a vehicle which sat parked overnight.  The person/s stole a black leather purse left sitting on the front seat.  The purse contained a wallet, credit card, and cash.  An unsecured blue bicycle, which was parked near the vehicle, was also taken.  Total loss: $500.00.

16.  Vehicle Theft, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2019, Jackson Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a blue 2006 Buick Lacrosse from the driveway of a residence during the overnight hours.  Total loss: $5,000.00.
