ARRESTS

1.  Harassment Arrest, 10:30 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2019, Candlewyck Road at Parkwynne Road (MT) – Zarius Anthony Negron, M/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he struck another person on the left side of their face resulting in a cut and a black eye.  A citation was filed.

2.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 12:48 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2019, School House Road at Bean Blossom Drive (LT) – Nicole L. Lopez, F/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was found heavily under the influence of alcoholic beverages while in a public place.  Lopez also admitted to being intoxicated.  A citation was filed.

3.  Criminal Mischief Arrest, 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 9, 2019, Fruitville Pike at Keller Avenue (MT) – Michael Jay Landau, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he intentionally struck the mirror of a car belonging to another person, causing $183.27 worth of damage.  A citation was filed.

4.  Theft of Services Arrest, 9:15 p.m., Friday, August 9, 2019, 1500 Oregon Pike – Blue Pacific (MT) – Rachel Marie Peeling, F/23, of Dover, PA, was charged with the above offense after she ordered and received $86.75 worth of sushi from the restaurant and left without paying for the food.  Peeling was located a short distance away and was arrested.  She was processed and released pending a summons.  A criminal complaint was filed.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Criminal Mischief, August 12 to 13, 2019, Haskell Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed the rear window of a car which sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $500.00.

2.  Criminal Mischief, August 13 to 14, 2019, 800 block Hershey Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s smashed out the windows and spray-painted the side of a truck which sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $1,000.00.

3.  Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2019, Various Locations in MT, LT, and EP – Officers performed a traffic enforcement detail as part of the PA Aggressive Driving Campaign, targeting various violations of the PA Vehicle Code which are considered aggressive driving.  Forty-four (44) motorists were stopped resulting in

4.  Theft, 12:00 to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package that had been delivered to a residence.  Total loss: $40.00.

5.  Theft, July 29 to August 15, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package that had been delivered to a residence.  Total loss: $15.00.

6.  Theft, 12:00 to 4:30 p.m., Monday, August 12, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package that had been delivered to a residence.  Total loss: $15.00.
