ARRESTS

1.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 9:13 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019, 600 block Warminster Lane (MT) – Joseph A. McConnell, M/66, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense after he created a physically offensive condition which served no legitimate purpose by activating eight (8) high-powered construction-grade work lights during the hours of darkness, which disturbed numerous residents.  A citation was filed.

2.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 1:28 a.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019, 1703 New Holland Pike – Jukebox (MT) – Harun Omerhodzic, M/23, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he engaged in a verbal and physical dispute with another person inside a taxi cab.  The cab driver became alarmed and called 9-1-1.  A citation was filed.

3.  DUI Arrest, 12:13 a.m., Monday, May 20, 2019, 800 block Sterling Place (LT) – Aniles Rosalyn Rodriguez, F/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Rodriguez was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Rodriguez was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.209%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  Harassment / Criminal Mischief Arrest, 5:36 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2019, 200 block Waterford Court (LT) – Jonathan N. Balagner-Gomez, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute.  During the altercation, Balagner-Gomez shoved another person.  He also smashed a television, bookshelf, glass table, and put two (2) holes in drywall, all belonging to another person, causing $300.00 in damage.  Two (2) citations were filed.

5.  Criminal Trespass Arrest, 11:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2019, 2800 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Jason M. Poague, M/40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he walked onto the victim’s rear porch after dark and removed a child’s toy.  Poague’s actions were captured on a surveillance camera.  A citation was filed.

6.  DUI Arrest, 1:33 a.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019, Harrisburg Pike at North President Avenue (MT) – Manuel Antonio Nova, M/27, of East Petersburg, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inoperable headlamp.  Nova exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.13%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 4:25 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019, 1461 Manheim Pike – First National Bank (MT) – Luis D. Romero, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed urinating in the parking lot of the bank in view of bank employees.  A citation was filed.

8.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 4:06 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019, Fruitville Pike at York Road (MT) – Scott A. Barton, M/32, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he punched the mirror of another occupied vehicle while yelling and causing public alarm.  A citation was filed.

9.  Cruelty to Animals Arrest, 2:53 p.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Tori Lee Bleacher, F/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she left two (2) dogs unattended in a vehicle on a hot and humid day for approximately fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes.  The air temperature at the time was 870.  A citation was filed.

10.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 8:51 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019, Columbia Avenue at North President Avenue (LT) – Jesus Emilio Rondon, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop.  Officers searched the vehicle which yielded marijuana, a digital scale, plastic packaging bags, and a metal marijuana grinder.  A criminal complaint was filed.

11.  DUI Arrest, 11:25 p.m., Saturday, May 25, 2019, Wilson Drive at Columbia Avenue (LT) – Janeen Renee Findley, F/48, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a faulty headlamp and an expired registration.  Findley exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  Findley was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.146%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12.  Theft Arrest, 3:42 p.m., Friday, May 17, 2019, 2900 Oregon Pike – Oregon Dairy (MT) – Shawn Douglas Espigh, M/45, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offense after he stole money from a coffee donation jar at the grocery store.  Total loss: $20.00.  Espigh was charged with other similar offenses in other jurisdictions.  A criminal complaint was filed.

13.  Burglary / Strangulation / Simple Assault / Criminal Mischief Arrest, 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2019, 700 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Angel M. Diaz-Cordoro, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute.  During the altercation, Diaz-Cordoro entered the residence of a former acquaintance without permission.  Once inside, Diaz-Cordoro entered a bedroom and pointed a knife at one (1) victim in a threatening manner.  Diaz-Cordoro grasped a second victim by the neck with his hand and squeezed to the point that the second victim was unable to breathe from choking.  Diaz-Cordoro also pulled the second victim’s hair and struck them in the face.  Diaz-Cordoro released the second victim and smashed a glass-top table valued at $150.00, prior to leaving the residence.  A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Diaz-Cordoro remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Diaz-Cordoro should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

14.  Unsworn Falsification to Authorities Arrest, 1:20 p.m., Wednesday, January 23, 2019, 1020 Dillerville Road – Gun Gallery (MT) – Ashley Diane Bowers, F/25, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense after she knowingly falsified an ATF form when attempting to purchase a firearm.  Bowers had previously been convicted of a felony, was on probation, and addicted to drugs which made her ineligible to purchase a firearm.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Criminal Mischief, 3:30 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019, Pickford Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s destroyed a basketball hoop.  Total loss: $100.00.

2.  Theft From Motor Vehicle / Access Device Fraud, June 3 to 4, 2019, 100 block Hamilton Road (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole two (2) flower baskets.  Total loss: $10.00.  A credit card was also taken and later used to make $546.06 worth of fraudulent charges.  Investigation continues.

3.  Criminal Mischief, June 2 to 4, 2019, 1000 block Landis Valley Road (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed the mirrors and headlamps of two (2) vehicles parked in the area.  Total loss: $350.00.

4.  Criminal Mischief, 9:30 to 11:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2019, 5600 block Main Street (EP) – Unknown person/s poured maple syrup and flour onto a vehicle parked in the area.  Total loss: $10.00.

5.  Theft, 12:00 to 12:30 p.m., Monday, June 3, 2019, 2800 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a wristlet and contents valued at $439.50.

6.  Theft, June 4 to 5, 2019, 2042 Lititz Pike – Overlook Skate Park (MT) – Unknown person/s pushed over a soda machine, pried it open, and stole $50.00 from inside.

7.  Criminal Mischief, 11:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2019, 1000 block Marshall Avenue (MT) – Unknown person/s shot the driver’s side exterior mirror of a parked vehicle, with a BB gun.  Total loss: $50.00.
