ARRESTS

1.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2019, 800 block Pleasure Road (MT) – Rachel Joy Wittig, F/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed lying face down in a parking lot under the influence of methamphetamine.  A citation was issued.

2.  DUI Arrest, 6:19 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2019, 1100 block Suffolk Drive (MT) – Joseph C. Murphy, M/46, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed driving erratically.  Murphy exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming vodka.  He was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.198%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Theft Arrest, 10:30 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2019, 800 block Grandview Boulevard (MT) – A 15-year-old juvenile from Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after they stole a scooter valued at $400.00.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

4.  Simple Assault Arrests, 7:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2019, 1031 Edgemoor Court – Jaycee Park (MT) – Geisha M. Barzola-Arauz, F/19, and Elenxy Z. Paulino, F/18, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a mutual fight between the two (2) at the park.  During the altercation, Barzola-Arauz punched, kneed, and pulled each other’s hair.  A criminal complaint was filed against each party.

5.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 11:40 p.m., Monday, June 10, 2019, 1400 block Vermont Avenue (MT) – Ziekeya S. Rollins, F/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed inside a suspicious parked vehicle.  Officers searched the vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  DUI Arrest, 12:28 a.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019, Fairview Avenue and South Prince Street (LT) – Nicole R. Leas, F/40, of Ephrata, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Leas was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Leas was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.192%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Possession of Heroin / Possession of Methamphetamine / Possession of Xanax / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 12:15 p.m., Thursday, June 6, 2019, 1900 block Oregon Pike (MT) – Catherine Marie Lefever, F/33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a police contact at her residence.  While officers were inside her home, they observed heroin, methamphetamine, Xanax, plastic baggies, glass pipes, a digital scale, and grinding devices.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Disorderly Conduct Arrests, 6:12 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2019, 300 block Yorkshire Drive (MT) – Jose A. Conde, M/40, and Maridalia Almonte, F/34, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at their residence.  During the altercation, Conde and Almonte were outside their residence screaming, which alarmed others in the area.  A citation was filed against each party.

9.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 1:35 a.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2019, 1100 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Matthew Stephen Asin, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration.  Officers searched Asin’s vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

10.  DUI Arrest, 3:44 a.m., Saturday, May 25, 2019, Route 30 West at Harrisburg Pike (MT) – Amanda M. Cover, F/23, of Millersville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Cover exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.084%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

11. DUI Arrest, 1:26 a.m., Saturday, May 25, 2019, Route 30 West at Harrisburg Pike (MT) – Kaytlynn R. Sensenig, F/18, of Millersville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Sensenig exhibited signs of impairment and the officer smelled burning marijuana.  She was arrested and taken for a blood draw.  Chemical testing yielded the presence of THC.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12.  DUI Arrest, 2:51 a.m., Monday, May 27, 2019, 1000 block North Plum Street (MT) – Sarah J. Wolgemuth, F/38, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker.  Wolgemuth exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.244%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

13.  Retail Theft Arrest, 10:28 a.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Fernando Cruz Doitteau, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $31.96 worth of merchandise from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Doitteau remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Doitteau should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

14.  Retail Theft Arrest, 2:03 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2019, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Mark Anthony Bulett, M/49, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $317.51 worth of merchandise from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Bulett remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Bulett should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

15.  Retail Theft Arrest, 7:23 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – Chantelle Maria Taylor, F/30, of Baltimore, MD, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing an Apple iWatch valued at $529.00.  A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Taylor remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Taylor should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

16.  Retail Theft Arrest, 3:22 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Justin Taylor Weitzel, M/21, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $37.62 worth of merchandise from the store.  He was arrested, processed, and released after being issued a citation.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft, June 5 to 6, 2019, 2040 Lititz Pike – Overlook Golf Course (MT) – Unknown person/s sawed into the cash / token machines at the driving range and stole an unknown amount of cash.  The machines sustained $500.00 in damage.

2.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, May 31 to June 5, 2019, Mill Pond Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle and stole a Sig Sauer 9mm handgun.  Total loss: $500.00.

3.  Theft By Deception, 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019, 3000 block Aster Lane (MT) – A resident sent $850.00 in Walmart gift cards to an unknown person after falling victim to an internet scam.  The resident was told they were applying for a $50,000.00 grant.

4.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 5:00 to 5:45 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a cell phone and cash.  Total loss: $400.00.

5.  Theft of Services, 11:14 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2019, Michelle Drive (LT) – An unknown Hispanic female failed to pay a taxi fare after being taken from Philadelphia International Airport to an address on Michelle Drive.  The female’s fare was $250.00 and she only paid $180.00 before exiting the vehicle.

6.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, June 7 to 8, 2019, 100 block Atkins Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle and stole CrossFit workout gloves.  Total loss: $70.00.

7.  Retail Theft, 8:38 p.m., Sunday, June 9, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – An unknown male stole $100.00 worth of merchandise from the store and fled.  Investigation continues.

8.  Theft, June 7 to 10, 2019, 200 block Riverside Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s stole two (2) metal storage boxes and various tools from a construction site.  Total loss: $7,030.00.

9.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, June 10 to 11, 2019, Corry Avenue (MT) – Unknown person/s entered two (2) unlocked vehicles and stole cash.  Total loss: $22.00.

10.  Retail Theft, 2:31 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – An unknown female stole sixteen (16) packages of baby formula and fled.  Total loss: $282.74.  Investigation continues.

11.  Identity Theft, Sunday, June 2, 2019, 1400 block Ridge Road (LT) – Unknown person/s attempted to take out a line of credit at Best Buy using the victim’s identity information.  The credit was declined and no loss occurred.  Investigation continues. 

12.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, June 9 to 12, 2019, 900 block Salisbury Court (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $5.00 in currency.

13.  Theft, June 10 to 11, 2019, 2800 block Blacksmith Way (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a bicycle from a residence.

14.  Theft, June 10 to 11, 2019, 100 block Tanglewood Lane (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a bicycle from a residence.

15.  Criminal Mischief, 11:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019, 200 block East Liberty Street (MT) – Unknown person/s shot the front window of a residence with a BB causing $500.00 in damage.

16.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, June 11 to 12, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $10.00 in currency.
