ARRESTS

1.  Noise Violation Arrest, 11:30 p.m., Friday, April 6, 2018, 300 block Pennshire Drive (LT) – Seria K. Fredericks, F/40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with violating the Lancaster Township noise ordinance after she played music at her residence which could be heard well beyond her property boundaries at an unreasonable hour.  Fredericks had previously been warned for the same offense.  A citation was filed.

2.  Harassment Arrest, 8:57 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 1300 Lititz Pike – LA Fitness (MT) – Daniel Ortiz, Jr., M/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he punched another person in the jaw / face which knocked out ½ of the victim’s tooth.  A citation was filed.

3.  Indecent Assault Arrest, 3:55 p.m., Thursday, March 29, 2018, 2300 block Oregon Pike (MT) – Victor A. King, M/55, of Ephrata, PA, was charged with the above offense after he touched the victim’s vagina through her pants without her consent.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  DUI Arrest, 6:17 p.m., Saturday, March 10, 2018, Juliette Avenue at Marshall Avenue (MT) – Thomas William Matroni, M/53, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Matroni was identified as the driver and exhibited signs of impairment.  He was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.256%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 9:07 a.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018, 1200 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Lindsay C. Donovan, F/27, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Officers searched Donovan’s vehicle which yielded two (2) smoking devices used to inhale crack cocaine.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  Possession of Heroin / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 9:07 a.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018, 1200 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Zachary D. Ritchey, M/29, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop.  Officers searched the vehicle where Ritchey was a passenger.  Ritchey was found in possession of heroin, empty glassine baggies, and a used syringe.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 12:26 a.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018, 1996 Landis Valley Road – Perelman Park (MT) – Brian L. Allison, M/23, of Denver, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was found inside the park after hours.  Officers searched Allison’s vehicle which yielded marijuana and glass smoking device.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Criminal Mischief Arrest, 2:59 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018, 222 Eden Road – Eden Resort Inn (MT) – Iris L. Workman, F/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she scratched another person’s car and kicked the mirror off of the vehicle, resulting in $500.00 in damage.  A citation was issued.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, 1:34 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 1200 block New Holland Pike (MT) – An unknown white male operating a gold Dodge Neon sedan fled from police after a traffic stop was attempted.  The Dodge Neon was listed as stolen from the Holtwood, PA area.  The identity of the male remains unknown at this time.  Investigation continues.

2.  Disorderly Conduct, 9:50 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 1507 Lititz Pike – CVS (MT) – Two (2) unknown persons approached a vehicle occupied by a female and her two (2) children in the parking lot.  The persons jumped onto the vehicle and attempted to open the door.  They then fled the area.  No damage was sustained to the vehicle.
